Intro note.

Every now and then I find an article that really catches my attention. The article that I am sharing with you today is one of those. So often we allow our perception of the "heaviness" of our reality to weigh us down and we start thinking more about what we can't do than what we should try. That's when we have to dig deep within ourselves and waken the sleeping hero and instruct him/her to "Breathe Deep and Fly High"

It is almost always to soon to give up

I have a soft spot for children. Especially their innocence when they are young. Leaves me with sweet memories.

I remember watching a fantasy video with my son when he was six years old. It was about dinosaurs and humans living together in different world. One part that really appealed to me were these skybak riders who rode pterodactyls, the winged birdlike dinosaurs.

You had to be a specially trained to be a skybak rider and your duty was to protect the people. Anyway their salute really appealed to my son. The skybak riders would tap their right fists to their hearts and say

BREATHE DEEP - FLY HIGH

My son really liked it. So did I. We were saluting each other. I would drop him off at school. We would salute each other. Breathe Deep, Fly High. Then he would run off into the classroom. I thought wow, what a way to send a little boy off to school. If he just remembers to breathe deep and fly high.  Fly high in his imagination. Ride free inside his mind. I think we can all live in some way like this.

Our physical surroundings are not the limits of our thinking. I think we limit our thoughts too small sometimes.

There is MAGIC in thinking FREE. When you think HIGH, you feel HIGH. When you breathe DEEP, you have more energy. And I think you have more chance of success. Whatever you want in life, think of being your best. Think of flying high. Breathe deeply. Let the life-force flow through you.

Today whenever a problem or worry arises, just say "breath deep, fly high". Ask yourself if you are thinking BIG enough. Or HIGH enough above the problem to see other possibilities that are not visible when your nose is stuck in the mud.

Each and every day, think about continually expanding your self. Think about the things you want to be, do and have. Fly high on the currents of your imagination. Feel the power of your own pterodactyls propelling you at breath-taking speed towards your desired outcome. Soaring across impassable mountain ranges. Let nothing stand in your way.
