What does it matter?

What does it really matter if I can't see the horizon without a house in front of me?

What does it really matter if I have to validate my life from outside sources?

What does it really mater if I never went to university?

What does it really matter if I’m happy?

What does it matter if I don’t know how to define happiness?

What does it matter if I’m healthy or sick?

What does it matter if I don’t know why I’m asking these questions?

What does it matter if I don’t get answers to these questions?

This is my response

It only matters if it matters to you.

It will only matter to you if you think
that the way it is, is not the way it should be.

It will only matter to others if they think
that the way it is, is not the way that it should be.

Whether it matters or whether it doesn't
depends entirely on whether it matters to you.

So the question here is "Does it matter you?"
and if it does what are you going to do.

But of course it matters. It matters because you do.

This world is better because of you.

At the end of it all as you'll clearly see
all that really counts is that you matter to me.
