Personal Notes 

Just a short note today to wish you a great festive season.

On a cautionary, celebrate in moderation and you can celebrate feeling good the next day too.

Now I know that this time of year means many different things to many different people. What I ask is that you celebrate this time in your way and allow others to celebrate it in theirs. The important thing is to ensure that your celebrations do not cause harm, either to your self or to others.

Drive safely. Party responsibly and take the time to consider the long term consequences of your actions and realise that your most precious possession, your reputation, is at stake.

Just remember that:

if you choose to eat too much them you have chosen to have to buy bigger clothes tomorrow. Your clothes shrink by the bite you know.

if you choose to drink too much tonight then you have chosen to feel terrible tomorrow and you have chosen to risk making a fool of yourself and possibly much worse.

To live your best life be true to the YOU, that you want to be.

Live up to the reputation that you want to have.
