The 4 Rs of Relationships

This is a recording of an impromptu presentation to a very enthusiastic group of business people at a networking meeting.

My friend Peter Metcalfe the CEO of the Foundation for the Development of Africa (FDA) approached me and asked if I would be able to help him out as the main speaker for the evening had just let him know that he would not be able to attend the function. So what you are hearing is an impromptu speech given to a group of about 200 business people. I had about 20 minutes to prepare.
