I must change bad attitude toward the client and provide better service and treat client with dignity and respect – Completely about Batho Pele principles – It is great I learn a lot – I learn so many things like, attitude toward my client, how to communicate with my customer, respect, responsibility etc – I now know what to expect from my day to day duties and it has uplifted my morale a lot – Most of all I how to control my attitude and how my behaviour affects others – Learned very much about the way my actions influence the people around me – Much emphasis on attitude problems is the most important tool of this course – To be responsible for my life and to control my attitude

I just learned that I made a right decision by choosing SAPS – This workshop makes me to feel that I am a Police officer – It addresses all aspects of SAPS duties – I have learned that even when it is hard my clients always come first – It is relevant because it empower us in our daily life – This workshop makes you love your work – It changes your whole attitude toward your clients

Yes, I will love my job more than before – Yes, it's going to bring changes – Service delivery will improve if I apply what I have learned – Yes, very much because attitude and behaviour are important for service delivery – I learned how to attend my client and to satisfy them

This workshop should be given to the top management as well – This workshop motivated me – This workshop should be held every year for stress free purposes – The workshop was excellent – Please keep it up – I gained too much – I would like to come again – I was blank now I am open – The same workshop has to be given to all members of the SAPS – I have learned a lot which I will practice in my organisation – It was an interesting workshop and I wish I can come again soon – The content of this workshop was explained to me completely – The workshop was so important for the future – Very informative workshop I learned a lot – It refresh our minds to what we knew and to gain what we were not aware of – It has taught me to take charge of my life and to take decisions and act positively to reach the goals of the organisation.

They will gain knowledge so as to make a positive change towards their work – All police officers must change their negative attitude and start to work together – Each and every person who work a CSC must get this information – So that they can be encouraged like I was – Because we as Police officials work with the community and we need to know how to handle them – You will learn to cope even if the situation is difficult – Because the workshop has meaning – Because it is empowering – It will improve service delivery – So that they can get the right information about how to help the complainants – It will enhance everyone with self empowerment skills
